Spoilt products upon delivery will be refunded in full.
Products not delivered within the stipulated delivery date without prior communication will be refunded in full.

Preservation conditions must be strictly adhered to. Negligence on the part of the customer by not following the Preservation recommendations will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Not picking up calls or messages during delivery hours will attract additional delivery fees.
Once payment has been made, cancellation of order will attract 5% FINE.
