REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Spoilt products upon delivery will be refunded in full.
  • Products not delivered within the stipulated delivery date without prior communication will be refunded in full.

Not Eligible for refund

  • Preservation conditions must be strictly adhered to. Negligence on the part of the customer by not following the Preservation recommendations will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Not picking up calls or messages during delivery hours will attract additional delivery fees.
  • Once payment has been made, cancellation of order will attract 5% FINE.
  • wrong or changed address will attract additional fee.
